1   Link   National Cyber Security Partnership
The National Cyber Security Partnership is a coalition of industry and government seeking to improve security infrastructure. This web site seems to have fallen on hard times, but still contains links to some valuable reports.

2   Link   International Association of Software Architects
The IASA is a professional affinity organization for software architects and those aspiring to that level. It has an excellent foundation of educational materials in place with more in development.

3   Link   Software Engineering Institute
The Software Engineering Institute (SEI )of Carnegie Mellon University has long been one of the driving forces in software assurance and software process. They offer cutting edge educational materials as well as certification courses.

4   Link   Institute for Certification of Computing Professionals
The ICCP has been certifying computer professionals for over 30 years. Long before vendors started offering certification in their own product lines, ICCP had established meaningful certifications that spoke to the industry, rather than the product. All of their tests are approved by the ACE for college credit and their CCP certification is one of the toughest to achieve.

5   Link   Institute for Software Quality (IfSQ)
In their own words "IfSQ's objective is to produce, publish and promote material that will help spread the practice of Code Inspection among development teams and their management worldwide."

They seek to establish minimal standards in software quality through training and standards development.
